Does anyone know of a University that offers a specialization in Emperiology?

I am friends with an Egyptian Chemist and Doctor who is interested in studying in the U.S., as the specialization is almost non-existent in his country. Very thankful for any help...

I just tried to look up what that was, and any sites that referred to it were in Arabic, so my guess is that either it is called something else in the U.S.,or it doesn't exist outside the Arab world.
