when you walk into the room you should be confident and not be so concerned about what the other people are thinking because whatever room you are entering those people are there for their own reasons ,so it shouldn't matter look for a seat and read a mag or book until they call you this occupies your mind and should help you relax.

I'm usually too busy looking for a chair. My feet usually hurt.
You, on the other hand, need to understand the only person criticizing you is you. The rest of the world is too busy worrying about their own problems.

No, I stopped really caring what others think of me. Unless someone is openly reacting to me somehow I don't concern myself with what they may be thinking. However, I don't think it's unusual to ponder the situation in general.

I used to in my younger years,but not now,in fact at work,everyone talks about everyone,and when I'm about to leave the room,I usually say out loud,"OK I'm going,you can talk about me now".,this is just human nature,and you should never take it to heart
