Yes........saw it last night with my daughter.......It was very realistic.......and keep in mind based on true..........
Was an eye opener for me re: hidden things in the world......
over all great acting.......movie.........subject etc.......i left glad i saw it,yet sad........and wow...........
another based on true and great....is "music within! wow
left feeling good,humbled and yet empowered...........

Yes, it's a great movie. There was a show about the main characters on either Discovery or Bravo called Gansterland that helped fill in a lot of the blanks. The one thing about the movie is that they didn't depict the real life tragedy of what these guys did to their neighborhoods and the people that lived there.

The story itself is amazing. However, the movie tends to drag on a bit at 2 1/2 hours. Saying that, it is a truly unbelievable true story that will shock you at how corrupt the NYC narcotics division was, and how devastating heroin is on society. Really great story, Josh Brolin steals the show in my opinion. He is a great villain. RC and DW are really good too. Just a little too long for my taste.

Yes it was one of the best movies i've seen in a while , i own it on DVD already i got connections like that
quick question if you were all knowing wouldn't you already know if it was good lol
you should watch this movie if you like gangsta movies,Denzel iz the best actor out there next to me.

It was good. It's a good big-screen movie. Would suggest to people that like these kinds of movies or that like Denzel in general.

Yea. It was pretty good. I saw it with my gf and she wasn't a big fan of it. It's definitely a man's movie, but it did seem a bit dragged out.
