GNR only used the orchestra twice. The video and the MTV music awards. It isn't mentioned who the director of the orchestra is but I thought I heard it was the USC orchestra.

i don't know, some wild curly haired guy. i'll have to check it out. i'm a g-n-r nut.

after searching the web, all i could find for g-n-r november rain orchestra, was the berlin deutsche opera. i found all the video information, but not what you asked for. sorry.

i'm pretty sure it's Michael Kamen...

i searched the net, too, to see if it was him and i couldn't find anything that said it was. but i think i remember an Mtv News piece about it when the video was new and that it was him. i'm sure i have that on tape somewhere, i used to love GnR! : )
