help me i would to start acting and decided commercials was a good start ... i have been in my school play as a lead roll and done millions of speeches!!!! if you find anything for like mcdonlds in AUSTRALIA please tell me

I think you really need to go through an agency as there are things like unions and such that agencies take care of. Also some places wont give you work unless you are with an agency as they believe you won't be covered for all you need to be to work for them.

Er.. this is Canada answers, but um.. just find some local Australia site/blog/acting community and go to open auditions... I think there should be a lot of open calls/auditions in Australia/England.. if you're really serious about acting, take it to USA. But it may take a while since you might needing citizenships and stuff.
But anyways, open calls/auditions is your best shot in getting into show biz without an agency.

You're going to have to set your sights a lot lower than McDonald's.
And as I told you before, big corporations don't waste their time casting expensive commercials through auditions open to the public. You will not hear about these opportunities without an agent.

For a big commercial like that, they cast through agencies. Sorry. Once in a while, people can luck into something like that through connections. However, if you are aiming for that level of work, an agent is the best way to go.

well i guess for mpst commercials youre going to need an agent!! sont put me down but i actually work at mcdonalds and actually a lot of the people in the mcdonald adds are actually people who work there , because mcdonalds tells all emplyes when there is an addd and sometimes the crew just send in a videos!! so its not all done with agents as someone else said!!well i want to be an actor to, so good luck??
