if I ask nicely do you think they will let me lay down and go to sleep in my own bed or is it just a lost cause?

We've got 2 cats in our bed @ the moment-- the other one who's usually in there is curled up by my side. When I go to bed I'll probably have to pretzel myself into some weird position so I'll fit. My SO has the sense to claim his space in the bed before the cats start piling in.

They'll just look at you and think, Get your own place to sleep, first come, first serve.
Then as you leave the room, they'll say, watch her come back and interrupt our cat nap, we haven't had our full 20 hour sleep yet, and that makes us have a hissy fit!

is this a serious question? lol its a lost cause. as far as they care, its theirs. they will only move if you lay down and bump them out of the way. i have two, and they are stubborn as heck lol

Just put them on the ground first and when you've climbed up the bed, let them climb up again.

hahahhah move them to the floor i know they will jump back up but who cares just laid down in the whole bed and if they lay down whit you kick them off the bed soon they will realize its not their bed

let us hope so, gently move them so you can lay down, they love you and want to be near you...i am jealous that you have three cats... i think i am going to get some cats so i wont be jealous anymore...enjoy them...
