GA, for golgi apparatus.
The ER makes the proteins, but the golgi sorts and distributes them to their various destinations. I think that's what the question meant by "delivery system".

If it is two letters, it is probably ER, which stands for endoplasmic reticulum.
the ER is a major site of protein and lipid synthesis in the cell. protein synthesis occurs in the ribosomes that are attached to what is called "rough ER" while lipid synthesis occurs in the "smooth ER". vesicles pinch off of the ER membrane to deliver these synthesized molecules to the rest of the cell (a lot of times the Golgi Apparatus where it is modified and packaged for export), so I'd believe this is what is meant by the "delivery system"
