I think the answer your looking for is when it will start to grow bigger like a mushroom as its often called. You may not have a head that is mushroomed. Some men have smaller heads. Some rounded, some more pointed. The size of the head doesn't determine the pleasure ones partner will receive from it, or the pleasure you will receive from it. Its all in genetics. You may still be growing but don't expect that every ones the same. We are born with what we have, and no pills and no stretching or anything else will change us. Even those who have penis lengthening are fooling themselves. They perceive themselves to look bigger when in reality they are paying big bucks to be told they are bigger so that they themselves will be sold on that idea. Be happy with what God gave you and that your healthy. There are those that are less fortunate. Good Luck and I hope I have answered your question.

Masturbation, washing, and stretching it back does work in loosening the foreskin. That's what I did when I was your age and it's been perfect ever since.

If you have not pulled the foreskin back much before, it's fairly common for the foreskin to be a little difficult to pull back. That's because it hasn't pulled back before so it hasn't stretched or been used to it. I went through it, too, and now it's perfect. When you shower, pull the foreskin back the most you can and wash under it (should only take you very few seconds). Pull on it on the sides if you'd wish. They key point is to try to pull it back a little more each day, so you can wash the head of it more. Ultimately, there's a cream that you can get a prescription for, too, if stretching fails to show any signs of improvement over a few weeks. More info is in the links below, and feel free to e-mail me from my profile if you have any questions (I'm 18).

Circumcision should be left as a last resort, since there are less risky ways to fix a tight foreskin, as written above. Risks of circumcision include:

In a medical study, it was found that females are more likely to hit orgasm with an uncircumcised man:

The lubricated foreskin (on the inside... like your eyelids) slides up and down during sex and masturbation to stimulate the head.

Studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity (this article also mentions how it has lost popularity in the USA in recent times):

And despite being more sensitive, they still last in the same six minute range (average) that circumcised guys do:

Makes masturbation more difficult:
http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2006.06646.x

Which makes sense, that's how it was made popular in the USA:

Increases erectile dysfunction rates:

If too much skin is removed, it can make the penis smaller since the penis needs some skin to expand during an erection:

The USA is the last developed nation doing circumcision on a significant scale without medical or religious reasons. That means Europe and Japan (and Latin America and China, for that matter) don't circumcise. Circumcision rates in Australia and Canada are low, and in Africa... it varies by nation/tribe. Here's a worldwide map that gives you a general idea of where circumcision is common:
http://www.circumstitions.com/Maps.html

In the United States, circumcision rates vary by state, race... and other factors, like the year you were born. For the most part, the West Coast has the lowest circumcision rates, with some states as low as 14% now. Compare that to national circumcision rates being around 90% back in the 1960s and 70s. Do you mean when you can pull the foreskin back? A Danish study showed the average age was 10 but it depends on the guy, can be much earlier in some and take well into puberty for others. But you can practise stretching the foreskin back yourself if it's tight.

Did you get a circumcision or an amputation? Maybe you got the moyle from Seinfeld -- Oops! -- and he took a little too much off the top.

It doesn't "come out" it's always right there. Unless you're uncircumcised, in which I'd have no idea, being circumcised myself.

I think thats natural at birth. Your parents may have had you circumcized.

If this is a circumcision question you must be a bit more clear in how you word it.
