The main manager at where I work is terrible at her job. She has no planning, organizational, or communication skills whatsoever. Nearly everyone can't stand her. Because of this, she finds people to pick on for a while. Now it's my turn. I used to work my butt off, but I only get hassled by her spazzing out under pressure so I've stopped working as hard (but still doing all I'm told to do). Last week, she moved me to a different area because I wasn't "positive" or "dedicated" enough in the first area. A lot of people were shocked saying I did more for my area than anyone. Now she's basically accused me of stealing 5 dollars (seriously) and had a security guy talk to me. I've worked there 5 years and never stole a darn thing. I'm looking for a different job, but how can I deal with this until I get one? I'm trying to leave her alone, but every week it's another false accusation!

Hi Rebecca, So sorry to hear about this unecessary strife in your life.
Can you talk to another manager to let someone else be aware of this? Although it all sounds bad, the stealing accusation part, is obviously an attempt to threaten your well being. What I believe you should do, is put it in writing and submit to another manager/managers. Although nothing may change, you have at least covered yourself. Obviously, keep a copy.
I would believe you to be a very honest, decent, and hardworking person, just by how you communicate, and I am sure the other people you work with would back up your decency/diligence in a heartbeat.
I'll keep my fingers crossed you find something else REAL SOON!

You need to ask her how you are doing. That is, ask her if you are meeting her expectations and completing your work on time and/or doing your work correctly.
Just make a brief check-in with your manager every two weeks and get that feedback from her. Then, if she decides to can you, you'll have backup with Human Resources showing that you did your job correctly. They won't be able to say that you were terminated because you weren't performing your job responsibilities.
It's important to check in with your manager every two weeks about that. Then, when you sit down for your exit interview, you will say that you had verbal confirmation from your manager that you were performing your job as required.

dear friend. You should continue to your work honestly and without fear and favour as God will have to take care of u. You may also speak with your boss and say that I am absolutely innocnt and all accusations levelled against me are just false and without any ground realities. Good Luck.

Theres laws, report her to Human resources and document everything that she has done and does. File a complaint. If you have a corporate office get ahold of them they will listen to a employee that could of grounds for a lawsuit.

Kill her with kindness. Be nice, sweet, overly positive and lay it all on thick. She will start to feel lousy, even if you arent sincere and it will drive her batty. Good Luck.

It doesn't have to be sexual before it can be harassment.
