Windows XP/2000 dont have this capability nativily. You need a server with Terminal services installed.

With Windows machines, this is not really possible. They are single user systems.

If you want to use both monitors with an OS that will support multiple users, you'll need multiple graphics cards, and at least one of your keyboards will need to be USB, since there is only one keyboard port on most motherboards.

You could probably configure Linux or Solaris to have one X server use one frame buffer, keyboard and mouse, while another X server used the other frame buffer, keyboard and mouse.

But Windows? No.
