It's physically possible, but why would you want to have sex at such a young age. Sex should be a part of a very meaningful relationship. Telling young people to wait for marriage is unrealistic, but at least wait until you are mature enough to handle the emotions and the consequences. You need to be old enough to get contraceptives and handle a pregnancy if it doesn't work. Anytime a girl/woman has sex she can become pregnant. Nothing is 100% safe. Love, Sex, and Maturity go together.
Don't forget there are life threatening sexually transmitted dieases. ALWAYS use a condom. You really don't ever know who your boyfriend may have been with before. Boys and men have been know to lie about sex.

U r wayyyyyyyyy too young for sex. But to answer your question, it doesnt matter if you have gotten your period or not, you can have sex at anytime. A newborn could have sex. But that would be the most disgusting thing ever. Dont be like the 2 5th graders on the news that starting having sex in the middle of class!!!! lol (serious thing)

If your body hasn't matured to the point of puberty yet then sex isn't going to be something you would enjoy as much as you would if you waited until a more reasonable age. Simply put, a child's body is not going to respond to sex the way a woman's body would. Why waste your first time on this?
I'd say you are WAY too young to be thinking about having sex.

Yes you can have sex and yes you can get pregnant if you haven't had your period. If you are 16 or older and haven't got your period you might want to get a check up especially if you have no other signs of puberty.
Your period could be delayed if you are stressed, hormone changes, diet, exercise or taking certain medications.

The fact that you even have to ask that question, to me, indicates that you are too young and immature to even be thinking about having sex!
You should save yourself to be with someone you really love and care about because once you lose your virginity, you can't get it back, there's no refunds.... and if the sex is crap, you will have that memory for the rest of your life.
So in answer to your question, yes - you can have sex. But for god's sake, think long and hard before you do... and use protection if you really must go through with it.

Yes, you can physically have sex. However, it seems like you may be too young considering you haven't had your period yet. Sex is worth waiting for. Should you do it anyway, use condoms.

If you have to ask this questin, you're too young to have sex and if you do, you're too young to handle all of the consequences. Don't be pushed into it ("if you loved me...) I had a friend who was pregnant by age 12. Can you handle that. Having sex with this guy won't make him "yours" You'll just become the "easy" girl who "puts out" Don't get the reputation. It's not worth it!

If you're too young to have periods, you're too young to be having sex. Period. Go read a book or drool over Zac Efron instead.
