No, Kevlar is only bullet proof when put in a compacted, tight form. Hair is fibrous and wiry therefore he would still die but the impact wouldn't be as strong as it were if his hair was still made out of Karotyn and Carbon

No. The bullet that killed him entered his brain from the front. It penetrated his right temple just above the eye and below his hairline. Kevlar hair wouldn't have helped.

No. He would have died of renal failure in office before 1968. He had end-stage Addison's Disease in an era where the medical technique of kidney dialysis had not yet been perfected. His White House Nurse was my nursing instructor at Great Lakes.
