After I rebooted my pc it kept on falling into the safe mode/hybernation. I'm not a wiz in computers (obviously!). What is it that I need to do to stop it from that???
Thank you so much,
TC!

Hello to you, Mon. Safe Mode and hibernation are two different things. Either the computer will reboot in Safe Mode or it will go into hibernation which is a kind of sleep mode. It can't do both at the same time. Next time, instead of rebooting, turn your computer off completely. But make ABSOLUTELY SURE that before you click on that final OK to shut it down, that the shut down box is checked. I have a feeling that you are not looking at the little boxes in the shut down window and that perhaps either the safe mode box or the hibernation box is checked which explains why it would come back in one of those two ways. So shut it down and after a minute or two power it back up and hopefully it will go back to normal.
