who hears voices in my head or do you hear them too?

I think it depends on what you are hearing or thinking. Sometimes we think we are hearing voices when it is really just our brain composing thoughts. In my head there isn't any voice, like an actual voice. This doesn't mean that there isn't any words or text. The conversion from thought to text is a great transition and it almost carries a voice. Now if you have actual voices in your head you may need some help or perspective just to figure out what the hell is going on. I am alone quite a bit and when we are subject to long periods of time without human interaction I think we create dialog in our language to keep hanging on, we have all seen it on the movie screen. I also have days where voices are in my head but soon after I realize it is a song I am listening to from memory off my built in hard drive.

I here mine , artists and creative people hear this voice and it's there all the time. and it can be distracting. The voice is normal and you either have it or you don't. The reasearch done at one universitystudy found this is why some people can plan something and do two other things at the same time if your focused. It really is a gift, but you have to learn to use it or your lost all the time. If you don't have it, it can't really be explained.

Yep I hear them and sometimes they are loud. If I could describe it would be something like...I have 20 kids yelling and screaming in my head and they all need a nap!!
Thankfully I only hear the voices in my head and not yours or anyone else's.

I only hear my voice... maybe you should start charging rent to all those voices, that will scare them off.

There's one I hear a lot when I'm driving. It says things like, "You need to be in the other lane" and "You see that blue light up there, right?"
