No. Any private thoughts I have that are important enough to keep record of are too personal for me to risk other people coming across them by putting them in writing.

No! I believe that there is no such thing a secret. Early or later someone will find out about my diary or whatever that I want to keep it private. So I never keep diary, as a result I lived a lot more peaceful. I have nothing to worry!

Actually I do keep a private journal. It's one of those composition notebooks. I carry it with me everywhere. I keep everything from pictures to my daily thoughts to my favorite song lyrics to my fave quotes in it. The one thing I do not keep in there though is my personal feeling about others around me. I live in a house with many other people and I know eventually someone is gonna wind up reading it.
I still have a fear of other people reading it though. I thought I lost it a couple of weeks ago and I swear I started to hyperventilate. My brother was like "oh my god it's just a notebook." I freaked and told him it was more than just a notebook. It's my entire life.

No, never have....the closest I have to a diary is a book I write poetry and short stories in usually derived from my emotions or events going on in my life at the time.

merely so which you recognize. Forensics can pull information which you suspect are hidden, encrypted or deleted off of a working laptop or pc. i does no longer bypass writing something, even jokingly that should come returned to hang-out you, like I want Jane have been ineffective. reason if Jane finally ends up kicking and you regulate right into a suspect, regardless of if harmless, your 'hidden' diary ought to cling you. different than that paranoid style of crap that I worry approximately, have exciting along with your individual magazine.

i went through a very dark time in my life... i attempted suicide twice and spent a week in a psychiatric hospital... and during that time i wrote everything down. it was a welcome release for all the anger and frustration i was feeling. i fully intended to keep it up forever as i found it very therapeutic but ultimately i just couldn't find the time! i guess that it depends on how much you need to unload. if you are busy it seems to become less important. when you are lonely, scared or confused it can be a great release. i hope this helps.
