they are all the same program i am guessing. even if you cant help u should watch these they are funny if u are a halo fan.

It comes with Windows if you have windows (since you didnt say what computer system you have then Im guessing you must be a windows user). Its in the START-> Programs-> accessories-> accessability-> Narrator

Or you can put "speech software" into a search engine

But I think you might want "text to wav" or "text to mp3"
