tell her to go to house trend micro to get the computer checked for viruses, trojans or spyware. Find out if she has some type of virus protection and if not there are many she can get which may help, including comodo ant-virus, which I use and is free. I will give you a link to housecall here and she can put comodo in her search engine and look at what they have to offer but I found the comodo firewall a little too complication for me so can't recommend that.

Let's see if there is a virus on the computer.

Using Internet Explorer go to

http://www.pandasecurity.com/usa/

bottom right side of the page, do a FREE scan.

You should also go to www.filehippo.com and download AdAware, Spybot, Spyblaster and CCleaner. there programs will keep 99 % of the spyware and adware off your system

If after doing all that, you still have something on your computer, stop by www.geekstogo.com and follow their instructions under malware.
