I've often felt alone. I've often felt worried and helpless. These are signs of deppression, however. It may be neccesary for you to seek counseling and get an apppropriate evaluation from a physician to rule out depression. Depression effects thousands of people each year! Don't be ashamed! Prayer and guidance will help you. Medication such as anti-depressants are often helpful and have few side effects. Also the events in our lives play a huge role in these feelings. Just because you feel this way doesn't neccesarily mean you are not normal! Get a hosd of yourself if possible and try to analyze what happened to make you feel this way, if there is anything you can do to change it and whether you think you should seek professional help.

soreness is an unusual difficulty. Burning a finger or stubbing a toe can harm all evening, yet when I shattered my wrist into 20 products (bones protruding), i did no longer sense something in any respect. i think i became in basic terms into "operation mode," and that i found out that soreness would be a incapacity in getting needed medical help. i do no longer think of the worst actual soreness can come on the fringe of the psychological soreness a lot of human beings have suffered. Merry Christmas, and all of the main suitable to you and your loved ones. And be careful!

Yup... when this happens to me I grab three kitchen chairs put them in a triangular pattern, put on some smiths or placebo or mars volta and do push ups and think about the root cause of me worries... I then either figure out whats bugging me or exhaust myself into not caring anymore... it works try it.

Yes. That's how I currently feeling about a lot of things and it's very depressing. You just have to muddle through and hope it works out.
I push myself to go through each day, hoping desperately tomorrow will be a little better and that I won't feel so horribly lost and unsure.

yeah,,,,,and I HATE it because I feel so helpless...and I hate feeling helpless because I am a control freak!
I just have to try and cocentrate on fixing the dilema...and if I can't fix it I just have to roll with the punches until I get through it!
You will get through it though...and come out the other side!
But yes - its a horrible feeling

Absolutely. I think a lot more people do but they just don't want to admit it. Prayer & faith is the only thing that has helped me.
