Yes of course. Men are naturally born with stronger upper bodies but i know a lot of girls out there who work out, strong, and can kick a guys *** even if they are littler.
Trust me, I wrestled in the 119lb weight class and beasted on some boys. Just because i like to wear makeup and dress up doesn't mean anything.
As for lifting you up, yes i can :)
For training my coach made me wrestle every weight class (103 to 275) when I qualified for state.

sure there are women that are stronger than men. Maybe not too many women can carry a 150 pound man in her arms, but there are a lot of men who cannot do this either....so don't go bad mouthing too many women--you might find yourself being picked up and tossed to the ground, and that would be embarrassing!

when i was in high school the strongest person was a girl bench pressing 400 lbs with her legs so i am sure that there are plenty of girls out there stronger than men we can also be more accurate. there was a study done and when a woman is under stress like if someone broke into your house we are more likely to shoot and not miss more than a man even if we aren't trained

Yes, there are many who could lift you. At 50 years of age and with an old spinal injury I can still lift over 100 lbs. Not easily mind you, but I can do it. My 16-year-old daughter who is 5'3" and weighs around 100 lbs can lift more than I can. (Must come from all that horseback riding.)

There are many women who are extremely strong. Many women compete in weightlifting events and are also body-builders. Although these women are often seen as kinda "too buff", they are very strong, much stronger than the average man.
The average women of course is not as strong as a the average man, but there are very much exceptions to the rule.

Absolutely!
When I was a teen, I worked at a local camp ground. There was this woman who lived there that looked more like a man than some men. And she did a man's work. This lady had brawny arms and broad shoulders, and a tough face.
She always dealt decently with me, though.

Yes. Men have typically 2/3 or so more upper body strength, but there are exceptions to every rule.
