Salaries Number 26 and 27??? After Miles wins a national Title he will get a HUGE bonus from LSU. I don't think Michgan will be able to match it.

He will stay at LSU for the money and the fans.

I heard Lloyd Carr still will still have a lot of influence regarding who takes over for him (should he step down) and that he does not want Miles to coach at Michigan. For some reason the two of them do not get along.

yes, when Lloyd Carr retires, Les Miles will jump at the chance to coach at his alma mater. There is no doubt in my mind that next year, Les Miles will be the Head Coach of The University of Michigan Wolverines

Yes. LSU seems to attract squirrely coaches like Miles and Saban.

Look at it like this...If you were a High school coach...would you rather coach the school you graduated from or another one else where? I think emotionally you would want to coach your alma mater.

Michigan is going to pay him a lot more money and he is going to have a lot less stress in the Big Ten than at LSU.

If you were him you would take the best job to provide for your family also.

Yeah probably. It would not be the money tho. I would be the prestige....Michigan coaching positions are sought out. The other clubs pay their coaches more, Michigan has better fringes.....better recruiting for one.
