Study, study, study. Get the best grades that you can. Go to a good college and study, study, study. Get even better grades. Then get a good paying job and you will have hot chicks just begging for you.
Do not fool yourself, many of the "popular" people in high school will be ugly hags and losers by the time they are 23. They will be working at the 7-11 making 6 bucks an hour living in a trailer. You will be rolling in your BMW making 6 figures all because you focused on school and not being popular.
Colleges look at grades the most. So start studying. Your overall GPA is most important in HS and College. Employers will only look at your College GPA and will usually only look at the overall GPA. Your SAT/ACT scores are very important to get into a good college also.

let's see.
Freshman year, take it easy. Take all the required classed and try to do well without killing yourself. Have some fun. HS gets better as it goes on. Now that I'm a senior I look back at how I didn't like HS at the time. Take it slow and go join some clubs or teams. It's really an expereince you won't get in a classroom. As HS progresses, your gonig to have some strange situations along your way. Your probably thinknig , yeah right but, you'll never know what'll happen.
Junior year is the most important. But rememeber that you will need recommadtions for college from your junior teachers so make an effort to particapte more.
Good Luck Freshie.

Start with just keeping up your grades and studying. If you have a career in mind, see if your high school offers courses similar to it and take those.
Next try to join extra curricular activites, like drama, band, art, anything that will make you stand out from the straight A crowd that only took all AP classes in high school and no activites.
If you know what your career is, pick a college. Take your SAT's, ACT's and what not. I did not take them because I didn't know what I wanted to do. I am attending a community college. Decided my major finally, and now am working on courses for that. I am also in band, and having band keeps me more focused because I have less time so I need to manage my time better.
It helps. High school I always got good grades during marching band because I had no free time, the free time I did have was spent doing homework and studying.
It may help for you, may not. See what clubs are at your school, attend meetings, see what you like:-D

First you have to raise your self esteem and I will give you a site for that. I wouldn't worry about which year or years college takes into account but do the best you can each year. One thing you can do to help your grades is to get some DMAE from a health food store. This is a natural substance with no side effects and costs about $5 but you will find it improves both concentration and memory so that will help your grades. I hope the site helps you and you learn to raise your self esteem and perhaps make friends while in school that help you get over the shyness. Good Luck to you!!

properly you shouldn't experience embarrassed, initially. in case you with out delay researched it you would locate that many all and assorted is on your shoes, mutually with me. often, colleges grant loose counseling and medical amenities to scholars, so that you ought to work out what might want to be accessible to you. that's a severe element, to be depressed. each and each and every of the ameliorations you've experienced are an extremely massive deal and also you of route favor to address this stuff that would want to help you flow on in a impressive way. there is no longer something better now and again than in basic terms chatting with someone who's no longer a pal to get some attitude on what's happening with you. Please flow search for suggestion from with someone. it is going to likely be a sensible determination and a step interior the right route.

...wow
that sounds exactly like me
except I'm 18 now :(
well...it depends what colleges you're wanting to attend
most colleges I think would accept you if you take either the ACT or SAT test....
I think the most important year that colleges look at is all of your years....
just try your hardest in school and remember to take either the ACT or SAT...
depending on which college you're planning on attending to
they might either look at your score on the ACT or SAT or not...
I'm planning on attending the Art of Institution Online so I don't think I'mma have to take a ACT or SAT to enter that college
wella goodluck
bless
P.S
