and its gone like this.... it started in may the second time, then july, and then it skipped a month and hit september 11,then i havent had one since, is it true that newcomers to this whole business can their periods become less often? like first its normal(once a month) then once evry two months, then once three months? How long can it go without coming? when your new to it?

Yes dear it's perfectly normal for your period not to come every month for the first year or so. It can take up to two years for your period to regulate it's self. It may not but It could so don't be upset if you get it one month and than don't get it again for another month or so.

Periods are unpredictable for lots of us there is no normal really some of us get them once a month some of us skip a month. But if yours keeps up this pattern speak to your mother about it and let her contact your doctor and let him have the last say on what to do.but you are fine I am sure nothing major.

Yeah, it could take a while. I remember that I had my first one two years ago in January and then it skipped about three months and then I got it again, then it skipped two months and got it again, then it kind of started getting a bit more regular.
