Honestly, yes. However, I can't stand the man. We lived in New York for most of his run as mayor; before 9/11 he was astonishingly unpopular. And let's not forget the public dumping of his second wife, having an extramarital affair in the process.

Here's a link to a recent Washington Monthly column on his governing style. Let's put it this way -- if you've been occasionally upset about the current adminstration's bullheaded attitudes and disdain for rules that make them cooperate with anyone, you'll be just as upset by this guy.

He is UN-stable. A little weird, slightly goofy, he does think out of the box though, only because he cant find the box. I think that both Dems and Rep are nuts. Its all a show for us to ponder, get excited about but in the end we will have the status quo. Bla Bla Bla Bla Bla.

Yes , I think he is. I feel much more comfortable with him than Hillary.
All those peole are nuts as far as I'm concerned. I'm just opting and voting for Rudy because the alternative is unthinkable.
No, He's not perfect but the others scare me more. I'm going to err on the side of caution....Not a great scenerio, is it?

Having gone through that 9/11 fiasco in New York first hand with his wits intact I give him mental stability without question. Whether his stand on the issues is sound is another question. To be fair, its hard to be a New York Mayor and not come out with some conflicting ideals, accounting for the diversity they deal with.

Compared to who? If the choice is between Rudy and Hillary, I'm staying home.

He's probably mentally stable but extremely manipulative.

Google Ron Paul and ask yourself the same question.

Honestly, I think Hillary Clinton is the least stable of them all. She does not seem to able to take a solid stance on any position.

Since his second term as mayor of NYC, I've often questioned that myself. Warning to non-New Yorkers: think twice before you vote for this man - his temperment is not suitable to be a U.S. President.

I think he is stable, but he lacks balance, which gives the impression that he is off his rocker
