You need to understand what is happening to you, you need help because if you enjoy your testes being knocked around you firstly have a very high pain threshold as most men who get hit there double up and feel quite unwell for a while, you certainly could not enjoy sex or orgasm if that was done as you would be in too much pain. There is a possibility of cancer with continual abuse of them.

I am not sure if there is an answer to your question. I don't know how they would determine that.
But if you were to have a pretty blond girl slap your testicles you need to have it done lightly. Save the heavier slaps for special occasions.
