No! It doesn't work that way. Now, sitting in a hot tub for long periods of time, can kill your "boys" temporarily. Cyclists have a problem with being sterile, because the bicycle seat crushes the 'nads. Also Super-tight underwear and spandex make them too hot and smother them.

If your body can stand the heat of the water it cannot do you any harm of any sort. You will get badly burnt before the water will affect any internal system and hot weater systems are fixed so they cannot burn you. As for cyclists being sterile, it is not that they squash their testes it is because they reduce the blood flow to the testes that causes the problem, it is the angle that the body is on for long periods.

The answer is yes, but only if you shower with VERY hot water. Most men shower with warm or hot water, and most men father babies that turn out just fine. But you don't want to overdo it.
The human testes are located outside the body because they require a cooler environment to function properly. If you take very long, very hot showers or wear really tight underwear, your testes will be heated up to the same temperature as the rest of your body (98.6 degrees) and they won't function properly. So don't overdo it, and you'll be fine.

It won't make you sterile, but it will dry out your skin (dry skin = not healthy), so you should not take hot showers anyway.

it won't make you sterile, but it could reduce your sperm temporarily for a few weeks. Don't count on it as contraception, you can still get a woman pregnant, just you'll have more better sperm if you have warm showers instead of hot on your sperm producing parts

I guess if its so hot that you burn your *&^%$ off.
It does pose problems with skin though. Hot showers strip off the oils in your skin. It can cause you to have dry skin.

It's healthier for us to take cold showers over a hot shower. Warm showers are ok, but not straight hot. Not over and over that is
