only scumbag no moral azzes do that. And no it is not legal, nor is it a private area. Some stores have cameras in there to prevent theives from stealing Also there is nothing worse then people who think the world revolves around them, doing that in a public place is not only rude, but very inconsiderate. What if there were children in the next stall? If I were there I'd pull you and your hoe out by your hair and call the police No girl of value would do that

Keep in mind that many dressing rooms are fitted with hidden cameras. In a sense, it IS public, so it would be up to the store to press charges

If you get caught and convicted for lewd act you'd be a sex offender. It would be considered public and I wouldn't do it. Too easy to get caught inflagrante and nekkid.
Pick a Micky D's with a locking door, so no one can actually SEE anything. Much safer and you still grin, afterwards.

People do it all the time....just a word of caution, though!! Those places are nasty....I have worked retail for many years in many places and I wouldn't be caught dead with any of my body on the little seat, on the floor, or up against the walls....I am telling you, the most awful things happen in there: vomit, blood, urine, underwear on the floor and seats, not to mention many are now fit with security measures that can see some or all of the room. Do it if you want to, but I would think a bathroom would be a step up...and at least there is a sink and soap close by. good luck!!

It is still considered to be public, the store is inviting customers in to their space to purchase merchandise, not to have sex. All of the areas inside of the store building are considered public, that is why stores are allowed to detain shoplifters until the police arrive.
Have you ever thought about how infrequently dressing rooms are cleaned, and how many people that use them may not be very hygiene conscious?
Yuck, I don't even want to use most dressing rooms to try on clothing..... Please think of another exciting location.....It would be pretty embarrassing to be arrested for public lewdness in a dressing room....great headlines for your local paper and evening news.

Yes, you could. It's public lewdness because it's in a public place, whether you accept it or not. Go ahead and act the fool; those fitting rooms often have hidden cameras monitored by security personnel.
