Its not possible to answer this. If he says it is going to grow, and it isnt, then that is a lie... so it would grow. That would make his statement true. Which would make his nose actually not have grown, which would make it grow.... and so on and so forth.

Maybe it would just fall off.

Huh...If he says it without lying, that statement itself is a lie, which will make his nose grow, but that would make it a truth, meaning his nose wouldn't grow. If he lies first and then says it, that statement could cancel out the lie, and his nose won't grow. But that would make the statement itself a lie...
