No... but I have had it slid out the room to go get a cold beer .... and since it brought me one back.... I've begun to think of it as a good friend.

Many TVs have a nap timer, that individuals can set at a variety of of increments so the television can close off in case they flow to sleep previously they could do it. commonly circumstances on television remotes the sleep timer is nice next to each and each and every of the significant buttons you employ each and each and every of the time eg: channel up/down, volume, mute, the on/off button, and many TVs now actually have on demonstrate menus that immediately conceal away a second when you regulate something. it could be very achieveable that you inadvertantly activated it as you've been doing something else with the distant. i'd recommend to open up the significant menu demonstrate or the settings panel and observe if the sleep timer is determined for any particular length. If it says that sleep mode is something yet OFF, then that changed into what happened.

My cousin said he had one that did that once. I've never had it happen to me but I've had two where the picture tube blew up and smoke rolled out of them. It stinks too. LOL.

Did you set sleep? Does someone have the remote? Or do you have a ghost?
