I recently moved my auction website to a new host now my site is not working. The new host recommended I use a certain mover and I did now my auction site will not work. I cannot log in to post a thing to sell and I cannot sign up as a new user to post a thing. I have contacted the mover the host and the software company. The mover says the code is encrypted the software company says it cannot access the server. I have not heard back for the host. Any idea?

you might have to look at your html code it might be looking for the folders on the other host...if you would like you can email me and i would be happy to take a look and see if it might be something simple...or you could contact your webmaster if you have one

possibility 1 is that your mover forget to move database.
possibility 2 your software written in php and it depends to some file attributes and need to have some folder to be writable.
possiblity 3 your software firms says that it can not access the server in this situation your new host does not allow your software to reach to that seller server. in this situation you should ask what kind of connection to the seller server they may inform you about port and ip adress. in this situation php should have curl enabled. you will give these info to the host they will arrange everything.
