When there is no liquid either?

I mean when the liquid is wiped off, and if there is sperm left- can it still swim?

Once the semen dries up, the swimmers are dead.

Only while doing the backstroke....

Actually sperm dies very quickly in the open air and they have no mobility or motility with out the seminal fluid.

Not in a dry environment - but:
Remember that they are microscopic, and your vagina is a moist environment.

So, wiping semen off of your vulva is no guarantee that you won;t get pregnant.

they swim where they are left, they wont travel from your foot to your head. they only swim where the drops are left.
