uggs? * I will ALWAYS wear my Uggs - not for "style" but because they are super-comfy and warm and I live in a freezing climate...
leggings? Uck!! They are in, but not for this lady!!
mini skirts? I love mini skirts with flat shoes though unless I'm in hooker mode, lol....
flats? With the shorter skirts and for casual wear.... NEVER for an evening out though.. then the stilettos rule...
headbands? Not unless you're ten years old.....
oversized sun glasses? If you have a cute face...
chunky jewelery? Of course...in...
oversized bags? I have bags bigger than me... definitely in but never have anything to put in them, lol... I did carry my Himilayan kitten in my coco cabas patent leather one everywhere we went and now she sleeps on it... IN IN IN....
But most importantly, as the other poster said... It's what you FEEL prettiest in and what is comfortable, all about personal style... that's what sets the fashionista apart from the trend follower...

First off, FASHION is about expressing yourself, NOT following the latest trends. Simply following the latest trends is B-O-R-I-N-G!
But anyway, in my opinion(I repeat, my OPINION..)
uggs? - what are those?!
leggings? - I hate leggings.
mini skirts? - I'm a fan of these, as they tend to make me look taller..
flats? - they're okay, I guess. Pumps look better though.
headbands? - I just hate the headbands with cloth sticking out of the ends..those look awful!
oversized sun glasses? - eew. nuff said.
chunky jewelery? - these are good stuff. They can instantly add life to a simple shirt-and-jeans outfit! Plus, they're not super expensive.
oversized bags? - they're okay, depending on the outfit.

Leggings?Only on really skinny people
Mini Skirts?Only under leggings
Flats?YES!!! I wear them ALL year Long
Headbands?YES!!! and love em'
Oversized sunglasses?LOVE Em'!!!!!!!!!
Chunky jewelery?I don't have any but plan on getting some.
Oversized bags?I don't know about this one,I guess it's really up to you. God Bless

It doesn't matter if things are "in" or "out", it's more of how you incorporate them into your outfits.
Uggs- in. I don't want my feet to freeze!
Leggings- in. Good for when you want to wear a dress in the wintertime.
Mini skirts- out. Try something a little longer, like a skirt above the knee.
Flats- in. They go with everything.
Headbands- out. But I still wear them! :)
Oversized sun glasses- out.
Chunky jewelry- in.
Oversized bags- out. Try something small, like a wristlet or a clutch with sequins.
