Randy Rhoads is legendary. Technically trained as well as naturally talented. One of the greats, and greatly missed. He was not finished learning theory or developing his technique. Randy Rhoads and Jimi Hendrix were unable to develop to the full extent of their talents.

Les Paul. His omission from your list is an embarrassing oversight. It's not just a guitar brand, kiddo.
Eddie is as good as anyone you have on your list. Same goes for Hendrix.

Carlos Santana!! He's awesome. Plus gotta show some hometown pride. Have you heard him play?? Jimi Hendriz is pretty good though, but still- Santana ROCKS!
