I'm not gay or bi and up until he started doing it a few months ago I never he thought he might be gay or bi, especially since he's had several intimate relationships with girlfriends in the past. But, a few months ago, he would start text messaging me to my cell phone messages like, "Are you nude?", and stuff like that. The very moment he started, I was like, "WTF are you talking about?" He said to just play along. I would read the texts, but I wouldn't text back. I'd just let him do his thing. My mom has been out of town for the past month and he asked me previously when she's getting back. I told him this coming Monday night. He asked me if we could watch porn at my mom's house Sunday night. I'm really freaked out. I've been best friends with this guy forever and I'm scared what he might try to do. Obviously, I'm gonna say it's not a good idea. But, I'll see him after he's texted me all this crap and he won't talk about it or mention it. He just acts normal like it never happened.

BTW, I have nothing against gay men or women. I have a guy friend who is gay. I was actually the first person he came out to just cuz we were such good friends. So, don't think that.

Just tell him to STOP texting you with that content. Tell him it makes you uncomfortable and if he continues, then you will have to distance yourself from the friendship. If he is a true friend, then he will understand and leave it alone. Sounds like he is attracted to you, but you obviously need to stop that type of conversation now and let him know you are not 'into' the same thing he is. Idea here?...just come right out and say..."if you are interested or curious about men... I accept you because you are my Friend and I will never judge you, but I am not".

you say your friend acts NORMAL around you in person. Is it POSSIBLE that someone has hacked his communications and is PRETENDING to be him? To find out, confront your friend, and ask him about whether he sent those text messages. If he denies it, SHOW HIM some messages you saved on your phone. If it is NOT him, he will want to do something about it. If it IS him, tell him you are TOTALLY NOT INTERESTED.

it could be that he is just being random. alot of my straight guy friends would text me random stuff like that and i'd always think "um, your kinda straight". but after a while i learned it was harmless and i got used to it. so he could just be doing it to get your goat. it if it is something that makes you uncomfortable or makes you uneasy to be around him, talk to him about it. he needs to hear it, and also it would be good for you i think to hear him out. it's always nice ot know where you stand with eachother
