BIg W and Lowes are the cheapest. You'll find both shops just about in every mall in Australia!
http://bigw.com.au/ and http://www.lowes.com.au/lowes/index.htm

Lowes are good and try Target . k mart or big w they often have specials. Why not 2nd hand shops. it is good to recycle clothes and you can get some super buys including designer labels > I've just bought a jumper that looks new and is 51% wool from one for $7.50 and it would have been a couple of hundred dollars in a shop.

The Victoria markets at the northwestern corner of the city would be a good place to look. Otherwise try Lowes.

Mensland usually have really trendy attire. Considerably, they are on a par with K-Mart Target and all the other chain stores. The difference is, you get good customer service at Mensland and no, I do not work there!
