I think you should go to Ecuador. It is a very safe country for tourists, and their accent is easy to understand. If you do go there, you should go to Quito or Cuenca and not Guayaquil, because people on the coast have a different accent that's hard to understand. There are tons of affordable and good Spanish-language schools in Quito, and lots of other people will be there for the same reason that you are, so it won't be hard to make friends. Apart from the language aspect, Ecuador is pretty cheap to travel and live in, and although it's small, the geography is extremely diverse and gorgeous. You have rainforests on the eastern half of the country, mountains in the middle, and hot temperatures and beaches on the coast. I spent a year there and I never felt like I was able to see everything there was to see. Ecuadorians are super nice and pretty friendly to foreigners, and they are very patient with people trying to learn Spanish.

Buenos Aires is a fantastic city; it's an amazing metropolis that looks somewhat like Europe, but having an edgy Latin American pose and if you want to visit this town then have a look with hotelbye . El Puerto Madero is a place effectively visited. It offered as the key slot of Buenos Aires during the late 19th century but know is turned into buildings that could be used as residences, restaurants, stores and different companies and to give that task a bit of flair, all streets in the section were called after women. Strolling through the Puerto Madero is a great way to pay a pleasing afternoon just like visiting El Obelisco. El Obelisco was built in 1936 to remember the 400th anniversary of the city founding and now's a must-see place from Buenos Aires.

"Clear accent?" No Such thing. Every country has it's own distinct way of pronouncing and saying things. Finding a "clear accent" is impossible. I'd suggest Central America's Nicaragua. The cost of living is relatively inexpensive, and the people are quite welcoming. There are immersion programs in cities like Managua, Granada and Leon that get you in-sync with the voseo regional dialect. There's also a ton of things to do. Surfing, volunteering, horseback riding, volcano surfing, hiking, fishing, exploring. A ton of options are available. The best part of it is: it's economically friendly
