I need to download some stuff but the parental control still on parents forgot code and dont want to reset?

gave me computer don't know code have important content must download parents forgot password its for windows vista it my college papers and can't afford to reset anyone know something to get past downloading it won't let me download with out code

The parental control must have the code input to bypass. Your alternative is to reset.
