I would like to open up an Internet/gaming cafe in a really small town in South Carolina. The population is between 15-20,000. We have nothing for the youth or not much internet access for the public at all, unless you privately invest in it. I was wondering if anyone knew what the costs, and how would you actually start up an internet/gaming cafe in such a small town? Any help would be appreciated very much.
