Since you asked this in the astronomy section, I'll teach you how to tell time using the heavens.
Look out the window. Is it light or dark out? If you're unsure of the difference, shine a flashlight directly in your eyes. Does it look like that? If it does, it's light. If not, it's dark.
If it's light out, then it's day time. If it's dark out, then it's night time. If it's kinda light and kinda dark, then it might be either morning or evening. Unfortunately, the only way to tell for sure is to wait and see what happens next. If it gets darker, it was evening. If it gets lighter, it was morning.
