It means the lettering is faded. It probably used to say 14kt white or wht. That means 14 karat white gold. No telling what the 700 meant.

It depends on the color and clarity of the stones to get the value. The inside means 14 karat white gold. You are going to want to get the stones checked to make sure they are diamonds! there is stones that are call mosinite. These are lab created diamonds. they will test as diamonds, but you need to get them check with a mosinite tester. but as for the value you will want to get it appraised which you need to be VERY VERY CAREFUL, so places will actually switch your stones. we have a pawn shop and i've seen this done from other places.DONT LEAVE YOUR RING WITH ANYONE
