ok, in my town a boy was killed by a train, people say there were 2 passing trains and he got sucked in between the trains when they passed each other where he was. i dont believe this, and i want to know if this is possible to happen, by the way, the kid was on drugs.

No, the trains wouldn't be going fast enough. If they were powerful enough to suck a person under, you would see them sucking other stuff (like paper and other light stuff) in under the wheels all the time.

(If the force were that strong, you would also see a lot of stuff like dogs, ice chests and tools being sucked out of the back of pickup trucks -- which is actually a very similar question).

But the trains could easily be going fast enough to have their wind knock him off balance and he could get disoriented or fall down -- particularly if were on drugs -- and end up under the tracks. Sad to hear.

It is possible to be sucked into a trains airstream if it is travelling fast enough and the object is close enough. You have to ask what the kid was doing on the tracks in the first place.

I think it is possible. Look up the Bernoulli effect.
