My only non-computerized thought is to use carbon paper, but that would require tracing.

Your local library probably has color copiers that you can use. My library's copiers are coin operated and less expensive than Kinkos. If you are in school you can ask someone at the school library or maybe in the art department if there is a copier you can use.

My library also has computers that we can use. I don't know how much they charge for print outs, but it's probably about the same price as copies (5-25 cents depending on what it is). You could go to the library, design your cards and print out. You could print out something that you can glue to the cards you have or you can print out on a heavy duty cardstock and forget using the department store card.

I know that's not exactly what you were looking for but I hope it will spark a good idea for you!

Nope. More than likely you'll need a camera, computer, scanner, and printer or all of the above to do that. Find yourself a cheap all in one printer and scanner... nowadays they are under 200 bucks, or go to the nearest library to print or borrow someone else's.
Good luck!

People have made 'membership' cards for a long time just using card, pencils and imagination.

Cut your card, white heavy card is best.
Use black or dark coloured markers for a simple design.
Use bright colours to fill in the rest.

You can use your department store card for a model, but you can do something different too.

If you have a digital camera, take a picture of it and download it into your computer than you can edit it from that.

Also see if any other friend have a scanner and have them scan your card on a disk and download it into your computer from that.

Hope this helps.

Take it to a print shop and photocopy it on a Xerox machine. Like at Kinko's or Laserquick.
