It seems some lady was displeased, because according to her, Santa was calling her that.

What say you?

Home Depot reported that since garden tools are sometimes given as gifts for Christmas. The garden tools "voiced" their displeasure about potentially being confused with these promiscuous women.

Hoes now would like to be refered to as, "The tools formerly known as hoes"

I think they should still be able to say it. Only unless the Santa is looking right at women and saying Ho, Ho, Ho, in a certain way. If the women just thought like that, then they much think they are "Hos"

It is only in Australia that Santa is not allowed to say Ho, Ho, Ho any more according to what I read on Yahoo last night. The reason is that Australia is a backwards country out on its own little island that is jokingly called a continent. What happened is that America has been exporting this disgusting, despicable, fad called political correctness for the past 20 years. Since the rest of the world is always 10 to 20 years behind America, political correctness took a while to set in, but now it has and it has combined with the socialist leanings of these other countries to mutate into something truly terrible.

We here in America are lucky to have capitalism and free speech to keep the left wing goon squad from taking away our free thought and ability to say ho, ho,ho. In socialist countries like Australia, Canada, and Britain they do not have the same bastions of capitalism and free speech to keep them free to say a simple ho, ho, ho. I pity these poor countries that their state run media and other socialist entities have eliminated their right to say ho, ho, ho, in Australia to start (soon to be in other liberal socialist countries). Remember this the next time Michael Moore, Hillary Clinton, or another Democrat goof tells us how great socialism around the world is, that it is only a few simple steps until something as trivial as ho, ho, ho is banned from your life (along with the ability to pick your own doctor and watch what you want on television).

It's called political correctness.

The PC police and some idiotic woman had their say which they should be ashamed of themselves.

HO HO HO!!!
ps. in case someone does not know, that is what Santa says, so get off the feminazi train and grow up.

Apparently she thought Santa was calling HER a ho.
WHEN are people going to put a stop to all this PC nonsense?

Matthew, we in the US are becoming just as PC as the "socialist" countries.
Just the other day, in a nearby town, the Principle of the town's middle school sent out a notice to all the parents of the 7th grade that the annual field trip, which had been taking place for YEARS, was being canceled due to "a few parents who complained" that the content in "Miracle on 34th Street" was objectionable! He was forced to come to a PTO meeting a couple nights later and was questioned as to what the objectionable content was. He said that the fact that SANTA was the main theme was the objectionable content.
The parents btw who complained that SANTA was objectionable content in this annual play participated in the annual field trip the previous year for the 6th grade class, "A CHRISTMAS CAROL" which btw was NOT cancelled this year either....
Now, tell me that we're not giving in to the "loony left" in this country.

I asked this question earlier....In the spirit of changing EVERYTHING offensive....
I call for the following words/names to be changed as well…

1.Gardening implements used to break up earth….
2. Embankments of earth and rock built to prevent floods
3.Anything describing the act of having or showing a merry, lively mood
4.The genus of bipedal primates that includes modern humans and several extinct forms, distinguished by their large brains and a dependence upon tools
5. The official name for female canines.

I hope this is not a serious question? If it is, we are taking ourselves way to seriously I think! Its just like people who do not want to hear Merry Christmas..They would rather you say happy holidays instead? It really is sad how our world has become so politically correct about everything!
