Voices are unique to the person...like DNA and a finger print...
and yes identical twins have the same DNA, and it is possible to have the same fingerprint but the possibly of that is astronomical

A computer can analise voice pattens and there has never been a case, some systems use Voice as a locking mechanistic (voice activated) and these systems (that sometimes have finger prints too) are very secure

Twins might possibly have the same voice. Some ppl may have very similar voices but never exactly the same.

I dont think they can have exactly the same voice, but maybe really similar. i've met people with voices like my other friends, but there's still a little difference if you listen closely.
