I remember when i was younger. Watching WCW championship on TV. And there was this wrestler who hogties his opponent when he wins. He usually wears jeans and cowboy boots instead of some kind of tights or short. Can anyone help me?

And usually he would arrive wearing a complete cowboy outfit. Cowboy hat, jeans, cowboy boots, and a lasso for hogtying the losing opponent.

I think you are thinking of Bobby Duncum Jr. He would hog tie his opponents afterwards and i remember when he was fueding with Chris Jericho that he did it to Ralphus unfortunately he died of a drug overdose in January of 2000.

It was probably Bobby Duncum Jr. you are thinking of. Stan Hansen also did this when he was in WCW in 1990-91 with a cowbell and he would spit tobacco, but didn't wear a full cowboy outfit.
