College radio stations might play the song, or public stations, they sometimes have a timeslot where they play local bands. They should have a program director that you can contact from their website. You should also check out internet stations, maybe Pandora for one.

There's about a 100% chance a privately owned station will NOT play your song. They have a pretty small playlist, you only have to listen for about 2 hours to start hearing repeats, they sell time to advertisers, and only play what people know. Besides, there are connections between the stations and record companies, and unless you've got the backing of a major label there's not chance they'll even listen to your song, much less play it.

I know it sounds discouraging, but record stations play songs because they're popular, not because they're good.
