Cybersex depends on the person. Someone people can handle it and some people can't. If you are currently in a relationship and having cybersex with someone than yes it is cheating.

I do not approve of cybersex but I am married. I would not like it at all if I found out my husband was doing that. Lots of people use cybersex and some don't believe that it's cheating but I believe it is.

Yes it's cheating- because you are engaging another person in it.
If you were just reading dirty stories or looking at porn alone it would not be cheating.

Does your spouse/partner know that you are doing it? If not, then yes it is cheating. Anytime you do something sexual/emotional in nature and hide it from your spouse/partner.... I believe it is cheating. Otherwise, why would you hide it from them???

I think that it is technically cheating, but it's so pathetic that I don't think I could get angry over it, perhaps have a good laugh at your expense, but angry? Nah.
