Um I had mind surgical operation and that i changed into on the table for 5 hours. So definite that's difficult, and also you want to flow very slowly, and not decrease something important - you want to attraction to close precisely what's crucial and what's no longer. i understand no longer something about rocket technology.

well studying has nothing to do with being smart. i.e. a kid who's a genius in china is in college and is only 9 years old! he was born as a genius. he didnt spent his 9 years studying every minute. anyways, if you want to become smarter just READ BOOKS.

highly unlikely since we don't even specifically know what regions of the brain makes you smart. It may be in the front cortex, but what are you going to do then? Puncher the region and you're screwed.

study harder, become the brain surgeon, and last succeed and there are no surgeries to make you more intelligent

There is no actual surgery that can make you smarter, but if you eat other people's brains, you can gain their knoledge.

start reading everything you can get your hands on...study to get the grades.... to get into a good college.... than save your money ....start young ....to succeed in life treat yourself and people well....
