Hi,
I got an offer from a company in amsterdam, which says net amount of 30K EUR per year.
What do you think is it sufficient for a single male?

That's not too bad, but housing will be a problem. I would look for roommates to save money--you'll definitely want to stay in the city center if you are young and want to have a night life. You'll have a great time--it's a wonderful city.

In amstersdam you need to figure in the gram price of hashish, because I am sure you will be smokin' up if you go there, and figure in the average price of a woman in the red light district.

I live in the usa, I come from europe though, but I think if it is an entry level job, its not bad. 30euro would be about 50K dollars, so a little above average.

Yes, and Amsterdam is awesome. I would take that in a second if I were you.
