this years pats are a very good team. but it's hard to compare different eras. rule changes and other factors make it almost impossible. i would put one of the 90's cowboys teams right up there, with one of the steelers and niners teams....BUT, i think the 85 bears are the best i have ever seen. they could have gone 10 and 6 without playing offense. they were scarey good! (well you asked)

This is a very subjective statement right there. The Pats need to go 19-0 in order to get that title.
Personally, I'm kinda tired of hearing about the Miami Dolphins and their tradition of popping Champagne every year when the last undefeated team loses.

its impossible to compare teams. the 72 dolphins were absolutely incredible, but that was 35 years ago. it was a different league then. the pats are blowing everyone away this year, ut they're not undefeated yet ( i think they will be ). we'll see at the end of the year. if they go all the way with no losses, i will consider them the best ever, until then, griese and zonka are still numero uno
