How can I join the McDonalds Training program as a Trainee?

I received a offer to join the McDonald´s Training program for a Year in United States, I live in Dominican Republic, I was going to take it but I had some difficults so I wont join it for now,
What about from United States as a recently graduated? Can I join it or this is just for Student exchanges?

McDonald's is difficult and demanding work. If you are capable enough you can earn a lot of money and they train you while you work.
